Birthday Banner?

So it occurred to me that it may be nice to have a banner on the main page, one that would have rotating community members on it, it would highlight all the gamers that had birthdays on that particular day? Then we could wish them a happy birthday!

As long as one could opt-out of being on the list, fine.

Sounds good! And as far as opting out, also add the option of just day and month, not year? SOme folks like that too.

Good idea. I'll have to put some thought into the design and placement of this feature. Perhaps we could start by highlighting those on your friends list with a birthday coming up. I'll look into this soon.

Also, users can opt out of this by simply clearing out the birthday field on the Edit Profile page. Users can hide their age by only filling out the month and day and leaving the year blank.
