Even though it gets less funny when it's explained, it was more pointing out the absurdity of posting the same "news" item in multiple forums simply because the content of the "news" might be available on more than one generation of console.

It wasn't a slight against QN's grasp of the English language. I know it's not his first language, and he would actually have to post some of his own thoughts for me to to even think of commenting on it.
