I was able to get this achievement by playing level 2-30 (Death Star chapter) about 4-5 times along with the natural progression of the game up to that point. Once you unlock level 2-30, I would simply replay this level and "throw" as many blocks as you can. I can confirm that the achievement unlocks immediately after the force is used, so you do not need to complete the level for it to count.
