Once Rinwell joins your party, finding owls will be very easy. If you see Hootle when you enter a new zone, it means that there is an owl somewhere. Visit everywhere in this zone until you see Hootle again. This time, it means that the owl is very close and you should be able to hear it. Don't forget to watch upwards like on top of walls or trees. Once you see it, press

Once you have 13 of them, you have to report them to the owl king in order to get this achievement.
